  • 1 scoop healthy fat We prefer 1/2 avocado or almond butter
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 2 shakes ginger powder
  • 2 shakes cayenne powder
  • 2 shakes turmeric powder
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 8 ounces water or unsweetened almond milk
