Spirulina Smoothie

This Spirulina Smoothie is best as a post-workout drink because the banana, mango, and orange will help your body replenish the sugars your muscles used during your workout.
Not working out, or looking for weight loss? Then suggest swapping out the banana, mango, and orange, replacing them with frozen organic berries (blueberries, raspberries).
Note: The spirulina may be a bit overpowering if you've never had it before. Consider starting with 1 teaspoon and working your way up to 2 teaspoons.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water filtered
  • 2 tsp spirulina powdered
  • 4 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 2 oranges small. Peeled and seeds removed.
  • 2 cups mango frozen. Replace with berries for weight loss.

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
